Do I need to change how I use Instagram?

What happens when a message needs a real person?
Anything sensitive comes to you at once with the full conversation. If a customer asks for a person, wants a refund or is upset, the assistant first asks what it is about and tries to help; if it cannot, it hands over. On every plan you can take over any conversation from the dashboard; Operations also emails you the moment a chat needs you.
